Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve muscle and joint pain associated with rheumatic conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and or fibrositis), and pain associated with neuraligia (such as sciatica); to help ease nervous tension (calmative); and to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation, to help relieve premenstrual symptoms, and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause.

Recommended Dose: Adults .4-3ml 1-3 times per day.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breast feeding, or if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant.
